At the  20-23 October 2010 the meeting of International Maritime Lectures Associations (IMLA) held in Shanghai MMTS authors present papers and a workshop.

My colleague Dr. Hu Jia-shen of National Kaohsiung Maritime University and I  presented a co-authored paper “DEVELOPING COST EFFECTIVE STCW 2010 E-LEARNING COURSES THROUGH INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION, A CASE STUDY  and conducted a “Workshop on the subject “DEVELOPING COST EFFECTIVE MARITIME E-LEARNING COURSES”
