Introduces Maptech Professional ™

The premiere Map plotter system is now available to users of the Nautilus (NRAS) - Professional Radar Simulator™ and Nautilus (NFBS) - Full Bridge Simulator™.

Maptech Pro ™ is a Product of Resolution Mapping, Inc. and is used worldwide aboard vessels as a primary navigation aid.

Maptech Pro ™ allows real world inputs from your GPS, Loran, Fathometer and Weather instruments. These inputs are then displayed on actual U.S. Government Digital Charts.

Nautilus has developed a user interface that passes the positional information from our simulators to allow you to integrate the Maptech Pro™ into your training programs.

FEATURES: (not all)

• Routes: Create, store, edit, and delete routes and Route Waypoints. Do complete Trip planning.
• Printing: Chart display, Marks, Alarms, Routes, Waypoints, Ships Log and Local Notice to Mariners.
• RBL: Set Range and Bearing lines to your anchorage or any place.
• Chart Drawer: Specify chart for different parts of your route. They will be changed and displayed automatically when you are engaged in navigating your route.
• Alarms: Set danger areas with audible warning alarms to tell when you enter a area. Set an drag circle around your anchorage with audible alarm.
• Marks: Mark points of interest using various Mark symbols.
• Local Notice to Mariners: Up date charts using standard USCG symbols and notations.
• Man overboard: When a Man Overboard (MOB) condition is set, the chart window is maximized the vessels location is automatically centered on the chart and an RBL between the MOB position and the Vessels position is continually up dated until the MOB condition is cleared.
